Customer Agreement Package

Delegated Services provides services in the education and community sectors.  Our advice is practical and deliverable and our team have worked in either or both sectors at a senior level for a number of years and so understand our customer needs well.  Our services have been adapted for the sector with expertise, knowledge hubs and resources for each specific sector.

We offer our customers a fixed fee Service Agreement which will enable you to ensure that you can meet your health and safety obligations and will be tailored to your stage of development.  This can be adapted to meet your needs but typically includes:

  • A Business Risks Health Check or Supportive Audit of the essential management arrangements and systems or Deep Dives for schools or organisations who have strong systems in place.  These are Graded and RAG rated to enable you to benchmark and track your progress and incorporate a site visit with a fresh and expert pair of eyes.
  • Bulletin Service and Alerts with horizon scanning to keep you up to date with the latest developments
  • Briefing /Newsletter with advice on Health and Safety topics.
  • Access to Network Partners and Approved Suppliers of resources.
  • Training at discounted rates.
  • Accident, incident and near miss management and RIDDOR reporting service.
  • 24/7 emergency service BAT phone for “as it happens” emergency support
  • Warning and banning and dispute resolution service.
  • Access to a “Go-To” Knowledge Centre with an A-Z of advice and resources including model policies, draft sample risk assessments, legal advice and guidance.

We also offer a wide range of other services which can be purchased for affordable prices and which are good value for money.
